Walmart Pharmacy in Kokomo, Indiana

They sell the good stuff. Boosting the score because anyone who sounds like The Trumpinator's tweets doesnt deserve to be the final score card.

Extremely frustrated with the Pharmacy at Kokomo Walmart. I called in an Insulin prescription refill on a Tuesday and was told that it would be worked on and they would text me when it was ready. I didn't hear anything on the following Wednesday. I called all day Thursday and was unable to reach any staff. I called again Friday and finally was able to speak to someone and they informed me that they "were three hours behind and they would get to it when they could". I told them that I had called Tuesday to get my prescription refilled which I was now out of and they replied with "yeah well we"ll get to it when we can". This was for insulin! Not vitamins or something unimportant! They couldn't even give me an estimated time of when it would be ready. Here it is, a week later and it is still not refilled. Very unprofessional. I ended up going to a different pharmacy and had to pay four times as much for the prescription but I had no choice. I won't ever go there again.
